517 E. Hyman, Aspen, Colorado, 81611, 970.925.1098, $$ - Moderate

New York Times Review

The traditional down-home scene of this Aspen mainstay for nearly 25 years is found in the red-and-white-checked tablecloth décor. Thick homemade soups, juicy burgers and thick chili are on the menu, as well as fresh trout. Everything goes with Fat Tire or Sunshine Beer.
